I have been inspired by many chefs in my career, starting with Chef Gordon Ramsay, Chef Eric Frechon, Chef Pierre Gagnaire and other chefs who each taught me something beautiful from their passion for cooking.
I thank them for that!
My passion for the kitchen started from a young age, I always found peace and a space of my own in the kitchen, my world!
I started my journey in the kitchen like most of the dishes, then moving forward I also worked in fast food!
Then at Pensiunea Andronic Timi?oara, I started to have contact with the professional kitchen!
The next step was at the event restaurant Venue Timi?oara, where I learned about fine dining!
After which the next step was the departure to the UK, where I began my ascent towards fine dining restaurants!
I learned a lot at Gordon Ramsay, that’s where I entered the Michelin restaurants!
Then we continued in Switzerland to a Michelin restaurant and a hotel!
Most of the time I cooked as I felt, although in the kitchen you have a recipe, but what I liked in these kitchens was that they let you be yourself once they see that you have passion for what you do, I support you!
It’s not exactly an easy industry, but it teaches you a lot!

I think cooking is so simple once you get the hang of it and love what you do! The Chinese believe that what we feel in our soul when we cook is reflected in the food we make, I can only give them total justice!
